Support of national research

At the request of the South Transdanubian Cooperational Research Center the Gábor Than Foundation awarded grants to researchers in biochemical research in 2002. Given that the topic was closely linked to the Foundation’s goals, the Foundation transferred HUF 1,000,000 to the South Transdanubian Cooperational Research Center.

In 2003, the South Transdanubian Cooperational Research Center again requested support for the work of young researchers in South Transdanubia in biochemical research, and for their participation in congresses. The Board of Trustees decided to transfer HUF 600,000 to the South Transdanubian Cooperational Research Center as a one-time support.
